Findjobnow Freelancer marketplace is free to register post a project, receive bids from freelancers, review the freelancer's portfolio and discuss the project requirements.
After the order set delivered by the freelancer, If you did not satisfied by the work of the freelancer then you can reject it and ask for revision by sending revision details in chat.
You will get a refund in following cases.
1. After placing the order , the freelancer has 5 days to respond to your order. If he did not respond Then the order is auto rejected and the payment will be refunded to your account balance. You can use it to purchase again on our website. Hence we recommend you to kindly chat with freelancer before placing an order.
2. If the freelancer is unresponsive or failed to deliver order within mentioned period of time then the client can create a dispute In order to cancel the order or to get full refund. When the freelancer accept your refund request then refund amount will automatically credited in your account balance. If the freelancer decline your request then we will investigate and take final decision after listening both party.
For Freelancers
Freelancer is free to sign up then create a profile by adding title, description, skills, photos, videos and audios related to your job, can receive project notifications, discuss project details with the client, can bid on projects.
After getting an order , you have 5 days to respond to this order (accept it or reject it). If you did not respond with in 5 days Then the order is auto rejected and the payment will refund to client.
After accepting a order, If the client create dispute inorder to cancel or get full refund then you may accept or decline it by click on cancel option in my order page. If you select accept option then your client will get full refund and order will be rejected and if u select decline option then we will investigate and take final decision.

If the client did not respond to your order after 7 days of get delivered. We will check and credit the order amount in your account after deducting our inhouse commission.
Services
At the time of ordering a service, clients must provide funds equivalent to the total service price. We only release the payment to freelancer once you approve the seller's delivery. Click on the approve button only when you are 100% satisfied with the work that has been delivered.
Commision
If you are subsequently hired to perform that Service, a 10% fee of the total service price is charged for freelancers. This is charged when the service is ordered by way of a deduction from the payment you receive.
Service Fee
Service fees are added at the time of purchase anything from our website. These fees cover administrative fees. Service fees are 5% of the purchase amount.
Example If you purchase $100, Then service fee of $5.00 will be applied.
Account or Credit Balance
Refund of fees may be done by adding in your account balance as a credit balance. This may only be used on site to purchase anything and can not be withdrawn or transferred. If an order is cancelled, your refund (the original order amount) will be added in your account balance.
Withdrawal Fees
Fees may be optionally levied depending on the method of withdrawal. Additional fees may be levied by the third party offering the withdrawal method. Additionally we kept minimum withdrawal amount is $15.
